Lewisburg is a city in Greenbrier County, West Virginia, USA. The population was 3,830 at the 2010 census. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of , of which is land and is water.〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://www.census.gov/geo/www/gazetteer/files/Gaz_places_national.txt )〕 Much of it is within the karst belt and a sinkhole is gated over at an intersection. It is part of the Davis Spring subwatershed, site of the state's largest spring with a daily output of one million gallons. Lewisburg is part of the Southern West Virginia region.
